Represented and assisted in providing technical, detailed and diligence-focused documentation and analytical support in the acquisition of Inzpera Healthsciences Limited by Cipla Ltd in 2025, working closely with various intermediaries including Tata Industries Ltd. (initial promoter of Inzpera Healthsciences Limited) — as well as Cipla’s management team, to facilitate smooth transaction.

Led entire Compliance Filing and Fund Raising related Secretarial Consultancy for Celcius Logistics Solutions Private Limited, a cold chain-focused third-party logistics (3PL) company, which raised INR 250 crores (around $30 million) in its Series B round co-led by Eurazeo and Omnivore in 2025, with participation from existing investor IvyCap Ventures. Including this round, Celcius has raised around INR 390 crore to date.

We were appointed as Secretarial Auditor to the Initial Public Offering (IPO) Issue of Techera Engineering (India) Limited, wherein we reviewed the Company's Historical Compliances and Highlighted Critical Gaps basis which the National Stock Exchange processed the Listing Application.

Advised and executed compliances for Mapmycrop in its Seed Round Fund Raising Journey, which bagged a cumulative Investment of $1.8 Mn over the course of entire Round led by Eaglewings Ventures and Yournest.

Supported Thaely in its landmark stake dilution to Mahindra and Metro Group, thereby enabling it to foray its journey into mainstream footwear brand.

Worked closely with CultureCap LLP (Piyush Bansal backed) for its stake acquisition in sporting company, ABCFF League Private Limited through its successful pitch on National Television 'Shark Tank India'.
